Reflexology is the art of stimulating reflex points in the hands and feet to promote relaxation, and physical, mental, and emotional balance.

Have you ever been curious how you could help your friends, spouse, partner, or children relax and de-stress by massaging their hands and feet????

This free demo evening is for you!!!! James Williams will give a presentation about reflexology, demonstrate reflexology techniques on members of the audience, and answer questions about reflexology.

Massage Samplers
Instructors: Kristi Seibold
These three hour long samplers introduce the elements of therapeutic and Swedish massage, including several strokes that will enable students to give a basic massage. Students will have an opportunity to practice hands-on in pairs.

Somatic Polarity® Samplers
Instructor: Shanna Marsh
Somatic polarity is a comprehensive health-care system based on an understanding of the energy that underlies the structure and physiology of a human being. Study the basics of energy balancing, movement, nutrition, and bodywork techniques. Students will learn to give a basic polarity session.

Kristi Seibold LMT - Kristi has incorporated massage and aromatherapy in her private practice for 14 years. Since 1996, she has taught massage, aromatherapy, and spa treatments at the Academy and private workshops and apprenticeships in Santa Fe and NYC.
