These courses are part of an ongoing series of seminars presenting advanced and little-known myofascial techniques that can be incorporated easily into existing personal bodywork styles. Drawing on a wide range of disciplines, the focus is on unusual, interesting and fresh approaches that will expand your technique repertoire and inspire innovation. Classes include demos, individualized hands-on supervision, and the use of state-of-the-art instructional materials. You will receive a detailed course manual/organizer with photos of the techniques covered. Join Certified Advanced Rolfer® Larry Koliha for a special 2-day Whiplash seminar. This new course in the popular Advanced Myofascial Techniques series teaches highly effective structural and neurological tools for working with whiplash and associated traumas.

$280/$240 when paid in full 3 weeks ahead

Demos, individualized hands-on supervision and state-of-the-art instructional materials are used in class. Participants receive a detailed course manual/organizer with photos of techniques covered. Potential topics:

• Specific techniques for common structural & functional complaints
• Relieving pain, restoring lost function, and getting lasting results
• Utilizing both active and passive movement to enhance effectiveness
• Precision in working with specific tissue types and body layers
• Combining indirect or subtle work with deep or direct work
• Ways to work sensitively, safely, and comfortably at very deep levels

The workshop series presents a flexible and comprehensive system for working with the body in its entirety, encompassing over 20 session sequences and 200 techniques, tests, and procedures.

Workshops may also be taken individually, or combined in any order. Courses are offered in formats ranging from 3 hours to 5 days, with the 2-day intensive being the most common.

Prerequisite: This course is for trained practitioners (ie, physical therapists, bodyworkers, rolfers, chiropractors, structural integration practitioners, massage therapists, neuro-muscular therapists & other somatic practitioners). Students of these disciplines with at least 250 hours of training and/or instructor approval may also be accepted.
