Working with proteins....
Fresh seeds are a wonderful sustaining source of protein. They enliven other
protein sources. They act as transistors that make other proteins work better.
Put a mixture of seeds (one ounce each), such as hulled sunflower, pumpkin,
squash and sesame into an eight ounce glass. Add pineapple juice to completely
cover the seeds. Stir briefly so all seeds have a chance to sink—discard
any that float, as they are rancid. Place the glass in the refrigerator and
leave it overnight. In the morning, scoop out the seeds you need for breakfast.
Note: The pineapple juice prevents molds and fungus from forming while the
seeds soak and helps break down the protein.

Keeping a journal can be an effective way to separate true
insight from mental and emotional static.
There are many techniques for accessing intuition. But connecting
with our intuitive ability is only one part of the equation.
Another is learning to cut through the static that can interfere
with our ability to interpret the intuitive signals we receive.
Various mental and emotional and mental blocks can get in
the way of identifying true intuitive information.
Fear, emotional upsets, and social and cultural biases are
among the most common culprits. Techniques such as dream
interpretation, and focused relaxation are effective ways
to access our inner voice. However, we often need to call
upon our intuition in the heat of the moment when we are
feeling stressed, confronting a complex decision, or embroiled
in an emotional situation. At these times, we need to quickly
screen out the static that can scramble the intuitive message
and learn to separate the wheat from the chaff.
