Soak in essential oils to help take the stress
away!
An essential oil recipe for that
“
achy all over” feeling:
3 drops juniper essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops cypress oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
2 teaspoons pure, insulfated organic castor oil
The water temperature should be pleasantly hot. Blend the castor oil and
essential oils. After the tub has filled, add the oil mixture and gently
stir into the bath water.
Use a soft wash cloth to apply the bath water to your body. Soak for at least
30 minutes. Gently pat yourself dry, wrap yourself in a warm blanket and
lie down to rest.

Did You Know?
Essential oils have healing properties
on both physical and emotional levels. Absorbed through the
skin and via the olfactory-brain
connection through inhalation, essential oils have been considered
among the most therapeutic and rejuvenating of all botanical
extracts throughout the ages.
They help the body eliminate toxins and excess fluid and
relieve pain, stress and tension.
Only nature can produce whole essential oils. They are tiny
droplets contained in glands, glandular hairs, sacs or veins
of different plant parts: leaves, barks, flowers, stems,
roots and fruits.
To give you an idea of the potency of essential oils, consider
this: one drop of essential oil equals about 30 cups of herbal
tea in terms of concentration. It may take hundreds or even
thousands of pounds of plant material to yield a single pound
of essential oil! |

Gratitude is a lesson that needs to be reinforced
often. It is too easy to overlook the gifts you have
when you focus on those you hope to obtain, and you
diminish the value of where you currently are on
your path if you don’t pause often to appreciate
it.
