Listening to the Message...
When we are feeling lost inside of ourselves, we can stop, look at our situation and see where we are. We can look fearlessly at ourselves, our lives and our pain. Zen Buddhists developed a method for working with the heart and mind in meditation through the use of what they called Koans. Koans are often described as tools intended to shut down our thinking so that we can experience something deeper within ourselves.

The word Koan comes from a Chinese term that refers to a royal message. Pain in our lives comes to us as a royal message. If we stop and listen to our pain, we can hear the message it brings.

Zen Master Dogen felt that the very questions of everyday life - Why we are born? Why we must suffer and die? Who we are? How we shall live in this moment? —Provide all the help we need to help us find the freedom we seek. These questions and the strong taste of pain and suffering that accompanies them, are the seeds of our freedom. Remember, the pain is not there to destroy you, it is there to force you to heal.

Three meditations based on Zen and Buddhists practices:
Stop and Listen
Sitting quietly, become aware of the space. You are like a pebble sinking down through a river to settle on the bottom.

Explore the Territory
When we stop avoiding the pain, we can begin to look at what is happening within us. Explore this place. Notice
the smell. Is it hot or cold? What sounds do you hear? How do you feel here? You can return to this place at any time and become aware of how it may have changed.

Find a Path Out
As you envision this place, envision that there is a way out. That there is a path to be found....a path in the dark forest, a star to guide you out of a desert night, or a lifeline you can follow from deep beneath the sea. Look closely at the path until it becomes clear to you.

Listen to the Message!

Color Me Whole...
In the beginning was the void Black, holding all potential: Explosion - Let there be Light - From that pure white light came the 7 colors of the rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. Everything in the cosmos is interrelated and interconnected. We are a part of the whole, microcosm to macrocosm. Energy is Pure Light and in its magnificent beauty which we are, it reflects all aspects of Self. Vibrational healing is so vital to our life force and to understand the resonance of color which when one see’s from the third eye opening, or as we are seen by those in other level’s or dimensions, it is the true Self; “By their colors ye shall know them.”

Using 79 different color combinations, a Color therapist, can reflect back to you at the deepest level of your Be-ing, non intrusively, all that you are. In the magnificence of your reflection and your current wavelength it is re-vealed to you your True color Essence, to help you re-member who you truly are, to have you reflect on your Soul Journey, understand the process, unravel karma of the past so that you release and let go old wounds and patterns. Missing colors in your consultation reflects what ray you are working on at a Divine level. A therapist is looking for the complete rainbow effect.
Black contracts - you are hiding your Light, it draws negativity to you, so please try not to wear it. White reflects - holds all color. Red is strength and dynamic - when you need to “fight out” of a situation. Orange is joy, bliss, creativity, determination - lots of us clearing out victim/victimizer, abuse in the vital body. Yellow is happiness, sunshine, solar plexus, emotions - learning to balance them - anger, fear release to Green which is harmony - letting go of guilt, changes and being prepared to be vulnerable in Love. Blue is Peace, Truth, calm - dealing with father issues. Indigo - Soul connection, third-eye awakening to your Akashic records; Peace that passeth all understanding. Violet - Divine-self, realization that “I am” God-dess. All is One. Union. Manifesting the highest principles - yet cleaning out any old addictions. Colors need to be worn, to be abundant around the home, work place, in the food we eat, jewellery we wear.

Color therapists say that the color yellow is cerebrally stimulating. Highlight important passages that you need in yellow. Wear the color yellow.
