Structural Bodywork

Structural Bodywork is a very effective, dynamic, and important component of soft tissue therapy. This course will focus on
principles and techniques used to improve alignment and integration. Emphasis will be on the core segment of the body and practicing skills as well as developing strategies for addressing common patterns of postural distortion. Postural analysis and approaches to enhancing structural alignment are taught and practiced and common soft tissue injuries in the core segment. Before & after session Polaroid photos will be used to enhance process.

This course is offered in the Massage and Dual Polarity programs.
