Fundamentals of Polarity

Polarity Fundamentals focuses on mastering and applying physical and energetic techniques to balance the human body and being on every level. It draws upon Western, Eastern, Ayurvedic and Chinese traditions and the emerging theories of modern physics. This course integrates the somatic experience with polarity principles and energetic/technical aspects of cranial-sacral therapy. Subjects include energetic evaluation and integration, polarity theory and principles, and polarity bodywork.

This course is offered in the Polarity and Continuing Education programs.
