An experiential class utilizing awareness exercises, touch, verbal sharing and other processes that are designed to deepen the student ís relationship with their own core self as well as strengthen rapport with others. Special emphasis is given to the emerging biological model of trauma and its implications for the practice of massage.

This course is offered in the Polarity, Dual, Massage and Continuing Education programs.
