In the Student Intern Clinic, students develop professionalism by applying information they have learned in class. The clinic enables students to gain practical experience working with the public in a safe, supportive and supervised setting, and it makes bodywork available to people who would otherwise be unable to afford it. The Academy follows industry standards in terms of dress and protocol in serving the Santa Fe community through this donation-based clinic and community outreach programs. We work with clients with a wide range of cultural backgrounds, beliefs, body types and ages. Student Clinic runs Thursday evenings, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Students are assigned hours early in the program.
