Ψ Λ – A module with some classes that are Advanced only and some are shared with BPP

Ψ – Interconnection: Weaving the Phases and Trauma Skills
In this module we will start with an introduction to the biological trauma model, then explore characteristics and dimensions of interweaving the different phases. Students will also learn to track the nervous system and notice what level of contact would be appropriate, and how the different phases relate to the biological trauma model.

The module includes Introduction to Biological Trauma model. Phases 4-5-6-7, Practitioner Training, and Study group.

Prerequisite: A student must have completed 2/3 of the Basic Practitioner Training Program, including 16 hours Phase 5 and 16 hours Phase 6.

Ψ – Sensing: Visceral Approaches and Emotional Resourcing
Because of their interrelationship, we typically work with structure to address the organs. Sometimes in order to support lasting balance for the person as a whole we need to work with organs and the glandular system more specifically.

In the Advanced Ethics and Emotions class we will review the biological trauma model work with the relationship between emotions and hormonal balance, and consider ethics in the through concepts of the social nervous system, boundaries and engagement/disengagement. This module includes Ph 5 and 6 Visceral work, Advanced Ethics and Emotions, Practitioner Training and Study group.

Prerequisite: A student must have completed 2/3 of the Basic Practitioner Training Program, including 16 hours Phase 5 and 16 hours Phase 6.

Ψ – Synergy: Universal Heartbeat, Breath and the Spirals
In this module we expand our understanding of the cranium, working with the sutures and different structures in the brain. We will also explore movements and energies of Heartbeat and Breath: physical, auric and universal. The module includes: The Living philosophy of Ortho-Bionomy, Advanced Cranial, Study Group, The Energies of Heartbeat and Breath and Phase 7.

Prerequisite: A student must have completed 2/3 of the Basic Practitioner Training Program, including 16 hours Phase 5 and 16 hours Phase 6 and 16 hours Cranial.

Λ – Engaging: Muscles, Fluids and Organs
Being engaged speaks to a quality of client-practitioner relationship as well as physical and energetic tone and liveliness. Where we find responsiveness, strength and ease we find movement, resilience, flexibility, and buoyancy in structure and function. In an engaged relationship between client and practitioner the process is fluid, dynamic and can change with the needs of the process as it unfolds. Within the client, when the body/mind/spirit is engaged the life force can express itself. In this module, students learn Isometric and Isotonic techniques and Chapman’s Neurolymphatic Reflexes to support muscular, structural and organ function, fluid circulation and the quality of engagement in a session. Physical techniques for the extremities are also covered.

Classes included in this module: Practitioner Training Seminar, Isometrics and Isotonics, Phase 4 Extremities, Study Group, Chapman’s Reflexes.

Prerequisite: 16 units Phase 4.
