PRQ – Reflexology Level 1
Audience: Members of the general public can study Reflexology Therapy with no previous bodywork experience. This program is also excellent for professional body workers, including Massage Therapists, Polarity Therapists, Rolfing practitioners, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Doctors and Chiropractors.
This Level 2 course provides more in-depth information that relates to material covered in Level 1, including new foot reflex points, sequencing, treatment techniques, and hand reflexology. Level 2 also presents the spinal reflexes, and students study the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, skeletal/muscular systems in this relation. Students also learn about the importance, and use of consultation, treatment forms, and “mapping”, in order to effectively evaluate a client’s needs to provide a holistic, and professional treatment. Students will demonstrate a “full” treatment of the right foot. Case Studies are begun after this Level and students are taught the required format for this.
