Audience: Experienced body workers or anyone who wants to try something totally new and possibly life changing.

This introductory class will cover the history, philosophy and principles of Ortho-Bionomy, as well as give experience and practice of the three cornerstones of Ortho-Bionomy: Phases 4, 5, and 6. Phase 4 explores the Ortho-Bionomy principles through physical release techniques. Phase 5 moves to a meeting place of physical and energetic connection and works with reflexes, which provides an understanding of the deeper aspect of the body’s self-healing capacities. Phase 6 is a purely energetic way of using the principles of Ortho-Bionomy, and leads toward an understanding of the relationship between the physical and energetic bodies.
